As of 7 May, we are increasing services in Landsbankinn's branches and the Corporate Banking Service Centre in Borgartún again. To allow the Bank to respect the two-metre distance rule, service is by appointment only.
Appointments for service in branches and the Corporate Banking Service Centre can be made on the Bank’s website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Customer Service Centre is open on weekdays from 9:00-16:00. It provides all main banking services via phone, tel. +354 410 4000, through online chat and by email to email@example.com.
The Customer Service Centre will be open on the weekend 2-3 May and answers calls to +354 410 4000 between 11:00-15:00.
