Icelandair does not expect to take its Boeing 737-MAX aircrafts into operation during the high season this summer.

Discontinued operations and assets held for sale will have a negative impact of ISK 8bn (EUR 58m) on Arion Bank’s Q4 2019 financial results.

The week ahead

On Wednesday, the CBI will release the results of its survey of market agents’ expectations that took place 20-23 January.

On Thursday, Statistics Iceland will release CPI numbers for January. We expect a 0.4% decrease between months and for the headline inflation to be unchanged at 2.0%.
