Landsbankinn was ranked highest by banking customers in the Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index 2019. This is a welcome recognition of Landsbankinn's strategy of offering top quality banking service, both through digital channels or personal service in the Bank's branches.
The Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index is a company owned by Stjórnvísi and Zenter Research carries out the survey.
