Malfunction causes disruptions
A malfunction is preventing transactions from appearing on account statements today (25 March). Payments and transfers may also take longer than usual. Customers are asked to bear this in mind and not to repeat payments and/or transfers even though they do not appear on account statements.
Information about account balances on the main page of online banking and in the app is accurate; it is the account balance under statements that is currently failing to update.
The malfunction has also caused disruptions in online banking, Landsbankinn’s app and ATMs.
